CBS is kicking off its premiere week with a few slight changes, like their new series, Mike & Molly replacing The Big Bang Theory on Monday night, while it moves to Thursdays.

How I Met Your Mother will kick off premiere week on Monday, Sept. 20 at 8/7c, followed by Rules of Engagement and Two and a Half Men. Mike and Molly takes over the 9:30/8:30c spot, just before the premiere of  Hawaii Five-0 at 10/9c.

On Tuesday, Sept. 21, NCIS returns at 8/7c, followed by a two-hour season premiere of NCIS: Los Angeles at 9/8c.

A new drama, The Defenders, premieres Wednesday, Sept. 22 at 10/9c after Criminal Minds at 9/8c.

The Big Bang Theory moves to its new slot on Thursday, Sept. 23 at 8/7c, followed by new comedy $#*! My Dad Says, CSI and The Mentalist.

Friday, Sept. 24, Medium returns at 8/7c, followed by CSI:NY and the new Tom Selleck series, Blue Bloods.

The Good Wife and CSI: Miami will begin new seasons the week of Sept. 27.
