The latest series in the “Law and Order” franchise, “Law & Order: Los Angeles”, has officially started filming in L.A. and the show’s creator, Dick Wolf, is revealing a few details about the show’s first episode.
Since Wolf promised he wouldn’t shy away from stories based on real L.A. scandals, it isn’t surprising the episode is being called “Hollywood.”
The plot finds the new team- including Alfred Molina’s Morales, Rex (Skeet Ulrich), and the L.A. district attorney, played by Terrence Howard- investigating a crime that involves a Hollywood starlet named Chelsea and a wannabe actor named Sam, who is played by Wyatt Russell, the son of Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn.
Supernatural’s Jim Beaver, Oded Fehr, and Shawnee Smith also appear in the September 29 episode.
