Table for 12 is a TLC (shocking) reality series featuring the Hayes family, with two sets of twins and one set of sextuplets, who reside in Marlboro, New Jersey. Eric is a Police police officer and Betty is a stay-at-home mom. Apparently this show will be the replacement for Jon & Kate Plus 8.
TLC releases the promo that announces the shift. “You’ve seen what it’s like chasing after eight. Now, try keeping up with a family of 12,” so the promo says. Since Jon Gosselin prevented camera crew to film his eight kids, TLC has been forced to scrap on the left over footage and create specials that only involve Kate Gosselin. It was reported that due to reduced filming time, the last episode with new footage will be aired on November 23.
“Joining other TLC docu-series that depict the life of a large family, such as “Jon & Kate Plus 8” and “18 Kids and Counting,” “Table for 12” follows the often chaotic experiences of the Hayes clan: dad Eric, mom Betty, twin boys Kevin and Kyle, twins Kieran and Meghan, and sextuplets Tara, Rachel, Ryan, Connor, EJ and Rebecca, who has cerebral palsy.”
