Anyone else remember the last season of the Bachelor (and all the drama that surrounded that season finale and reunion show)? No? Because let me tell you, it was one of the (and I do mean, THE) all time, low down and dirty things I’ve ever “witnessed” (and yes, witnessed in the sense of “I’m sitting at home on my couch with my popcorn and can’t take my eyes off of the television screen while this salacious show is on) in all my years of being a reality tv addict. In case you haven’t figured it out by now, that’s a hard thing to do.
Bachelor Jason both proposed and then promptly said, “Oh! Haha, funny joke, on you. NEXT.” But the third runner up was beautiful Jillian and I bet after she watched that, she was pretty happy that she wasn’t one of the final two. And so, here she is, the next Bachelorette.
Of course, like with any dating reality show, there are a plethora of good looking people to go around, and these men are no exception. Well, most of them. And while I know looks aren’t everything, some of the men are definitely more blessed in that arena than the others.
As hard as it must be to meet and greet 30 guys and determine which out of the 30 even has a remote possibility of being “the one” and then promptly get rid of 10, Jillian did it. I personally wouldn’t know where to begin, but I really enjoyed some of the entertaining moments as Jillian was attempting to meet them and see who she may share that extra compatibility with.
The next episode will find the men moving into the guest house. Jillian will invite eight of the bachelors to a pool party while seven contestants play basketball with Jillian at Venice Beach. At the end of the episode, four men will be sent home.
Don’t miss it! The Bachelorette airs on Monday nights at 8PM/7PM CST.
