NBA preseason is going on right now leading up to opening night on October 27th. The upcoming season is sure to be full of great dunks, steals, and blocks.  Viewers will have to watch and see who makes the playoffs as well as if the Lakers can repeat as title winners.  ESPN and TNT do a good job with television coverage but for those of us who might travel a lot or are stuck behind a desk at night, there are a couple of legitimate options to watch the NBA online.  Of course leading the way is the home site of the NBA, NBA.com.  Here you can find all the news about the league that one would need–games, schedules, scores, and highlights.  Be sure not to miss out on the 2009 NBA season by watching it online at the following places.

NBA League Pass Broadband allows any subscriber to watch your favorite team, player or match-up live from your computer.  Watch up to 10 games per day and/or 40 live games per week as well as get instant scores and stats updates.  All games are in HD and feature three different viewing choices (full screen, normal, and small).  You can also watch replays of games that you might’ve missed.  It should be pointed out that a NBA League Pass TV subscription also includes online access to the Broadband subscription.  Pricing has not yet been finalized yet but you can keep checking back at NBA.com or sign up with your email to be verified.

ESPN

ESPN360 provides coverage of certain games that might not necessarily be on television.  ESPN360 provides a wide array of sports, but it is only available in certain areas.  Check your internet provider to see if ESPN360 is included.
