I’ve recently received a few emails from people asking if DISH Network Turbo HD was available in their area. I did some research and stumble upon the official press release that states Turbo HD is now available in most major markets around the US with the exception of the west coast. So if you live in the United States, chances are you can get DISH Network Turbo HD. Turbo HD which is the first service to offer all channels in HD (MPEG-4) format was launched in August.

“The first wave of the all-MPEG-4 offer will occur in 21 markets, including: Cleveland; Richmond, Va.; Baltimore.; Columbia, S.C.; Tampa, Fla; Green Bay, Wis.; Greensboro, N.C.; Providence, R.I.; Greenville, S.C., Knoxville, Tenn.; Raleigh, N.C.; Chicago; Detroit; Charlotte, N.C.; Dallas; Nashville, Tenn.; Minneapolis, Minn.; Philadelphia.; Washington, D.C.; New York, N.Y.; and Hartford, Conn. Additional markets will be announced at a later date.”
