In its endless pursuit to somehow take over the world, Walmart is getting into video on-demand service and has bought Vudu. For those who haven’t heard of it, Vudu is a small, sleek looking box the size of a Gamecube that operates somewhat like Netflix. One has instant access to a number of movies and television shows WITHOUT the need for a computer or cable/satellite service.
